I'm back FINALLY!!! This 'work thing' just isn't for me....I so prefer sitting around being a sissy trainer for all you little girly-boys......

OK, back to work......this vid has been around a little but the audio is fantastic and it's well laid out. The last video came out pretty blurry when opened in full screen. Here is alink to it so it can be downloaded and watched with better video quality. I realized afte-the-fact the audio was messed up. I will clear that up and do a better job on the next one.
